Hey there's this maternity belt thingy which you can attach to the front of your jeans or any pants and you can continue to wear them during pregnancy!
Problem is that my leaky old brain doesn't remember who told me about them! (I just realised my first sentence sounds like one of those spammer comments!)

I want that maternity belt thingy! Right now, I am wearing Top Shop maternity pants which fall down everytime I sit down. I think I can join Cirque du Silly also.
